Hugh FOULKES was born about 1673.2 He and Mary HAND were married on 30 November 1709.1 He died in 1731, at age ~58.3 He was buried on 6 August 1731 in St. Mary’s Church, Chester.3
Hugh Foulkes was a lawyer from Llechred, Co. Denbigh. He matriculated at Jesus College Oxford in 1690, graduated in 1694, and was appointed vice-justice of Chester in 1717.1,4 Hugh FOULKES was baptised on 3 July 1673 in St. Mary’s Church, Chester.3
