Anne TATTON was born on 4 August 1632.2 She and Sir Amos MEREDITH, 1st Bart, were married on 6 February 1664 in Bowdon, Cheshire, England.1,3,4 She and Sir Samuel DANIELL were married after 1669. She died after 1669.5
She inherited the Timperley estate in 1664 from her Aunt Frances Barlow nee Brereton, but never lived at Timperley Hall.4

William BRERETON was born in 1565.2 He and Jane WARBURTON were married in 1589.1,3 He died in 1630, at age ~65.4 He was buried in 1630 in St Mary's Church, Bowdon, Cheshire, England, monument in the church.4
William Brereton was Sheriff of Cheshire in 1609. He lived at Ashley, Cheshire, England and had 8 children.
At the Inquisition Post Mortem taken at Northwich in 1634, it was stated that the day William Brereton died he was seized in fee of the manor of Ashley; of a capital messuage in Timperley and of 8 messuages, 8 gardens, 80 acres of land, 40 acres of meadow, 50 acres of pasture, 8 acres of wood, 200 acres of furze and heath and 100 acres of turbary in Timperley. The premises in Timperley were held of John, Earl of Bridgewater by fealty and rent of one pig and a half yearly and worth yearly (clear) £6 13s 4d (Cheshire Inquisitions, William Brereton of Ashley esq. (File 102, no.7)).1,4

Richard LOWTHER was born in 1638. He and Mary MEREDITH were married before 1679.1 He and Barbara PRICKETT were married on 13 December 1679.1 He died in November 1703, at age ~65. He was buried on 20 November 1703 in Lowther.
Richard Lowther was the 3rd but 1st surviving son of Sir John Lowther, Ist Bt., of Lowther and his first wife Mary Fletcher. He was Member of Parliament for Appleby in 1689. He lived at Maulds Meaburn, near to Appleby, which he inherited from his father. Richard LOWTHER was baptised on 15 November 1638.

William Arderne was Mayor of Altrincham in 1560. He left a Will dated 14 June 1584. The Inquisition Post Mortem in 1584 stated that he was seized in his demesne as of fee and in the chief messuage, etc. called the Hall of Timperley, and of and in 8 messuages, 80 acres of land, 40 of meadow, 50 of pasture, 8 of wood, 200 of heath, and 100 of turbary therein and by and indenture, dated 1574 settled the same on George Brereton and Sibilla, his wife, daughter and heir apparent of William.1
