The sale of her property was held 8 Dec 1990. Leatha was an extremely hard working woman in her younger years, working side by side with her husband, Sydney. She was a fine, Christian woman who looked forward to seeing her "Jesus", whom she trusted for her eternal life. She attended church services at all opportunities and read her Bible daily. Especially the original pictures of Thomas and Jane Nicholas, which were duplicated and distributed to many in the Nicholas clan. She made many quilts which will always be heirlooms. Cancer took her life.
She and Sydney had one child, Nyman Donivan, b. 16 Sep 1915. Nyman married Opal Hermoine Coltharp. Nyman and Opal moved to Ft. Collins, CO in 1947 and had three children.
