  • Death: After 1953

The 1881 census extract at familysearch.org records her as Lenora M. Percy, age [as of April, 1881] 3 mos. An unpublished paper on her husband, James Creed Meredith, provides the following information about Lorraine:
USA immigration records note: Lorraine and Brenda Meredith admitted to the United States in Detroit, Michigan, 9 July 1934, for a three-week visit to her uncle Howard Graves Meredith of Detroit. Lorraine had travelled to Quebec on the ship Dutchess of Bedford; sailed from Liverpool 29 June and arrived in Quebec 6 July. The record states Lorraine was born in Montreal. She had grey hair and blue eyes.
  • Note: James Creed Meredith; Pedigree in GOMS, MS 174, pp. 64-67 (LDS film 0100125) says Lorraine's family was living in Montreal at the time of her marriage; indexed in marriage records of St. George's Church ("Marriage Index for St George's Anglican Church, Montreal, Quebec, 1817 - 1925," by Robert Dunn & Derek Hopkins, publ. by Quebec Family History Society, P.O.
