She is at last at peace with her Lord and reunited with those many family members and friends who have gone before her. She will be lovingly remembered by her devoted son, his wife and her treasured grandchildren, and step-daughter, and her children. Berna was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ralph, and second husband, Ross, and by her first son, Dr. Bruce Jacks, who died in a tragic car accident at the age of 45.
