Note: Baptism records for George's children name only the father, not the mother. Gap between George in 1715 and Ann in 1722 may indicate a second wife or that there were two different Georges. Unless we are able to get more info on this family it will be impossible to determine. Baptism records spelled George's name as: Higirty, Higarthy, Hegirty and Higerty--I am using "Hagerty" in these records because the later records in register use that spelling.
