Sir Henry Bayly MEREDITH, 5th Bart, was born on 14 January 1863.1,2 He and Kathleen O'HARA were married on 27 October 1886 in St. George's, Hanover Square, London, England, divorce.1,3 He and Mildred Beatrice LIEBERT were married on 21 April 1897.1 He died on 30 September 1923, at age 60.1,2
Sir Henry Bayly Meredith succeeded to the title of 5th Baronet of Carlanstown, Co. Meath, on 4 Aug 1889. He was promoted Lieutenant Royal Artillery, 4th Brigade, North Irish Division on 29 Sep 1882. He lived at Norelands, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny, and in the 1901 England Census he was enumerated at Eathorpe Hall, Warwickshire.4,5,6
