Note: Birth reg'd 4th qtr, 1935, Dublin South. Not named in her mother's obituary--Ethel was placed in this family as the birth registration indicates her mother's maiden name was Fawcett. Either placement is incorrect or she must have died very young--probably the Ethel whose death was registered 2nd qtr of 1936, Dublin south.

Note: In 1910 Margaret and James were living with their grandfather, Thomas Meredith, in Brooklyn. In 1920 a Catherine Dunn, 18, and said to be a cousin, was living with Anna and Eugene Hearne. I suspect this was Margaret and that her middle name was therefore Catherine? Nonetheless, in 1930 Margaret, 27, was a widow living with her aunt Elizabeth Weidner. Margaret had a daughter, Jean or June, aged 5. She had married at age 21 and was employed as a stenographer.
Birth reg'n says her parents were aged 44 and 25 when she was born:
