The only record of Thomas is in the baptismal entry for his daughter Anne. It is assumed that he is the son of the John Winter b. bef. 1744 on the basis of consistency in dates and location, although there is no documentary evidence for this relationship.

     John WINTER was born before 1790. He married ?- (-) before 1811. He died in 1813 in Toor; Toor is a townland adjacent to Sunville Upper and Fanningstown.¹ He was buried on 6 November 1813 in Kilfinane Church of Ireland; described as 'John Winter junior of Tour' in burial entry.¹

     ?- (-) was born before 1792. She married John WINTER, son of John WINTER and ?- (-), before 1811. She died in 1814.¹ She was buried on 10 August 1814; burial entry: 'Mrs Winter wife of John Winter of Tour.¹'

     Frederick Alexander WALTERS was born circa 1898 in Dublin City.² He married Caroline Maud WINTERS, daughter of Thomas Henry WINTERS and Jane WADDELL, on 13 December 1922 in St. Stephen’s Church, Dublin.^3,1,4

She was recorded on the census of April 1911 in 44 Haddington Road, Dublin, Ireland, and was described as “Jane Winters, head of family, Church of Ireland, able to read & write, aged 46, female, widow, 4 children with 3 still living, born in Co. Tipperary”. She was enumerated with her son George Henry (aged 12) and two others (Thomas Jackson and Edward John Young). The house was described as 1st class, having walls of stone, brick or concrete, a roof of slate, iron or tiles, with 7, 8 or 9 rooms and 6 windows in front. 9 rooms were occupied.^2,1,3

     Jane WILLIAMS was born in 1850.¹ She married William WINTERS, son of William WINTERS and Catherine KEARNEY, on 21 November 1872 in Roman Catholic Chapel, Glenroe, Co. Limerick, Ireland; witnesses James Nagle and John Wallace. He left his mark against his name in the register indicating that he couldn't write.¹ She died after January 1910.

She was the informant of the death of her husband William Andrew Winters on 10 October 1934 in Loughereen, Howth.^2,3,4

     Peter KEEGAN was born on 29 June 1833 in Culdaff?, Co. Donegal; born on St. Peter’s Day.^2,3 He married Eliza GODSELL on 7 July 1852 in Cullen, Tipperary.⁴ He died on 24 August 1909 at age 76.⁵ He was buried on 26 August 1909 in St John’s Church of Ireland, Coolbanagher.⁵
